Our commitments and procedures

No orders will be final and confirmed until the full amount is paid either by credit card, debit card, net banking, online payment, or COD (Cash on Delivery).

1. Payment Failures

E-CRAFT will not be responsible for any refunds arising out of any failures in online payments and in case the amount gets deducted from the user's saving/current account and does not get credited into the E-CRAFT account, before the transaction is complete.

Users in this case will have to contact their respective Bank to clarify and resolve the same.

2. Order Cancellations

E-CRAFT reserves the right to cancel ORDERS at any time at its own discretion.

In the event that E-CRAFT cancels a scheduled order, the user will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that specific order.

3. Refund Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request or order cancellation.
