We typically dispatch orders within 2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes about 5-10 days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly through our courier partner's website.
No, there are no hidden charges. The price you see on the product page is final. Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you make your payment.

Once your return request is validated and the item is picked up, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded to your provided bank account.
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it will automatically bounce back to your source account. You will need to contact your bank directly to clarify the timeline for the reversal.
